We discuss the individual UML extensions which form our Sensoria family of profiles for SOA development and the SoaML profile, which are jointly used to model the different aspects service oriented software. The Sensoria family of profiles comprise UML4SOA, a profile for service orchestration, for non-functional properties of services, business policies, for implementation modes of SOAs, and service deployment. All examples are based on a common case study from the automotive domain.
